Elements In Depth.
As you build a site, adding graphics, changing templates and content, and adding elements at various levels of the site, you will want to check your work. To process an Elements siteSrc (see Glossary), see the Initiating the Process page. The development process is a continuous loop of build the site, check the result, edit the source files, repeat. Generally Elements is fast enough that even for largish sites, the time to process the entire site is not long. Single page processing is on the feature list for future releases. (Tip: set copyAssets (see ElementsSettings) to false to speed processing.)
The ElementsSetting.txt file defines elements required to process any site. It is the prefs file for the Elements application.
