| Any educational CD-Rom is limited to whatever they can squeeze on the disc. A thought provoking, satisfying or illuminating conversation with another sentient being can turn towards any direction. We aren't limited to just a boxed set of information or opinion. A stimulating experience requires that your imagination can follow whatever track that appears. Can multimedia ever do so? Perhaps with an unlimited amount of coherent data it could happen (the web?). |
